CILGIA CARLA GADOLA

Cilgia Carla Gadola studied contemporary dance in Munich, theater and dance studies in Berlin and Utrecht. Since then she collaborates mostly in her own projects as a choreographer and dancer, mainly in Berlin; 2015 she received a Tanzstipendium from Senat in Berlin. Since 2015 she co-curates/d and organises/d S.o.S. - Students on Stage at ada Studio together with Johanna Withelm and Alex Hennig, from 2010 till 2012 the performance series at SAVVY Contemporary with Raisa Kröger and was part of the Dance- and Performancefestival TANZBAD/ROSI Berlin 2012 and 2014. She is a co-founder of M.i.C.A. - Movement of Contemporary Arts and Tanzpresse.de. She worked within the team of TANZTAGE BERLIN from 2008 till 2016 and from 2009 till 2016 for Theaterdiscounter in various productions and positions. Since 2017 she has been responsible for managing the members of LAFT Berlin and is working as a production manager in Sophiensaele. She also worked for OPEN SAPCES #1-2017 at Tanzfabrik Berlin.

RAISA KRÖGER

Raisa Kröger received her education as a contemporary dancer in Berlin (Tanzakademie balance1). After her exam she finished a further education in choreography at the 'Tanzfabrik Berlin' with  Christoph Winkler, Toula Limnaios und Jess Curtis. Her acquired knowledge she extended through diverse workshops with Isabelle Schad, German Jauregui, kom.post, Ehud Darash, Stépahne Fratti, Regine Chopinot, Boris Charmatz, Martin Nachbar/Jeroen Peeters, Eva Karczag und Gill Clarke.
As a dancer she worked with different artists like Jasmin Ihrac, Victoria Hauke/Chris Lechner, Jo Fabian, wee dance company/Tanzcompany of  Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater, Görlitz-Zittau, Henrik Kaalund, Martin Stiefermann/Staatsoper Berlin, Ilona Pászthy, Isabelle Schad, Özlem Alkis and Friederike Plafki. As a choreographer she showed her work in Heidelberg, Berlin, Dortmund, Zurich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Since 2014 she creates performances in collaboration with the dancer and choreographer Florian Bücking as bücking&kröger. In 2015 she completed a further education in 'Body Mind Centering and Performance' by Sarah Menger.
Beside her work as a choreographer, dancer and teacher she is part of the collaborative platform and studio Deck3 and studies Cultural Studies (philosophy und literature) at the FernUniversität Hagen. Together with Cilgia Carla Gadola and Christophe Knoch she is a co-founder and is leading the production office M.i.C.A. - Movement in Contemporary Arts.

CHRISTOPHE KNOCH

After studying Law Christophe Knoch worked for different institutions in the field of opera and theatre. He then worked for Christoph Schlingensief as his assistant up until Schlingensief’s death in August 2010 when he was entrusted with running operations, particularly with the construction of the Opera Village in Burkino Faso.
In Spring 2011 Christophe Knoch started Mica Moca project berlin, which evolved to make a strong transdisciplinary impact on the Berlin venue scene. Since spring 2012, he has been the speaker of the independent art scene in Berlin, Koalition der Freien Szene. He is a co-founder of M.i.C.A. - Movement of Contemporary Arts. Since 2012 he has been involved in many participatory political processes concerning urbanism, participation in decision-making, consultation in development of spaces such as TOPLOCENTRALA in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mica Moca project berlin also led to teaching at Folkwang Universität der Künste in the project Es wird sogar schön and to curating, such as the series In Between Festivals during European Capital of Culture, Wroclaw in 2016.
